Blake has a wealth of experience in human capital consulting, with 10+ years specialising in change management, leadership and culture.

Blake also has in depth experience in gender equality, having worked with +30 CEOs and their executive, HR and P&C teams on their gender equality strategies, including overcoming barriers to care and implementing gender inclusive parenting policies and initiatives.

Blake doesn’t just advocate for fathers, he works to overcome complex organisational structures and cultures that lead to positive outcomes for all parents and their employers.
